- Lead the implementation of new organisational processes aligned with the latest NAV Vision ERP configuration.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organisational needs.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP team, ensure that project/ department goals are met.
- Compile performance reports, analyse and interpret relevant business insights.
Eligibility
- Must have relevant experience of at least 5 – 6 years
- Understanding of business practices in textile/ retail business
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Experience of E-commerce portal is preferred but not essential
- ERP Software testing, troubleshooting and documentation (min. 3 years)
