INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) POLICY

Svarn Group is committed to conducting its business with a strong conscience and building confidence among all its stakeholders and community at large through continual improvement in Quality, Energy, Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (QEEHS) performance in every aspect of its operations.

All Svarn employees undertake to bring to life, help to shape, and further develop occupational health and safety, health protection as well as environmental, energy, and quality management effectively in accordance with an Integrated Management System based on the company principles and performance demands.

We achieve these by:

  • Integrating the requirements of our customers, partners and other interest groups as well as relevant regulations, laws, standards and internal guidelines effectively into our company processes which we continuously improve.
  • Promoting a learning culture and formulate preventive and corrective measures against non-compliances and incidents in respect of all company processes in collaboration with our employees, customers and partners.
  • Using world-class manufacturing technologies and equipment with a focus on quality, energy efficiency and protection of the environment, to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health & safety risks via participation of and consultation with employees and workers.
  • Assuming responsibility and remaining committed to environmental protection by conserving resources and improving energy efficiency from the inceptual stages of planning and purchasing in order to prevent adverse environmental impacts.
  • Working for the long term and investing in high-level proficiency of employees through education and continual training, health promotion and modern-day work culture to protect the health of our employees and any third parties involved by reducing the risk of occupational accidents and work-related illnesses.
  • Making our performance in the areas of quality, environment, energy, occupational health, and safety and health protection measurable and controllable using concrete targets and performance indicators.
  • Designing world-class quality, energy-efficient, safe and environmentally friendly products, processes and services for performance improvement. Procuring energy-efficient products and using natural resources judiciously for the protection of the environment and achieving sustainable development.
  • Reducing the carbon footprint of the company by increasing the share of renewable energy in the total power consumption by adopting solar power.
  • Ensuring the availability of information and necessary resources by regular monitoring, reviewing, and improving QEEHS objectives, performance, and targets.

This policy applies to the production facilities and corporate offices of Svarn Group and will be reviewed periodically as and when necessary to ensure its continued applicability and relevance to our operations and evolving stakeholder expectations.
