EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY (EPR) POLICY

Do’s & Don’ts for Customers

Do’s

 
  • Always look for information in the catalogue provided with your product for its correct handling and disposal till the end of its life.
  • Ensure that only Authorised Recyclers repair and handle sensitive/hazardous products.
  • Always call our E-waste Authorised Collection Centres/Points to dispose of products that have reached their end-of-life.
  • Always drop your used electronic products, batteries or any accessories thereof when they reach the end of their life at your nearest Authorised E-waste Collection Centres/Points.
  • Always disconnect the battery from the product and ensure that the glass surfaces are protected against breakage.

Don'ts

  • Do not dismantle electronic products on your own.
  • Do not throw electronics in bins not earmarked for them.
  • Do not give E-waste to unauthorised waste collectors (Kabadi) and unorganised sectors like Local Scrap Dealer/Rag
Pickers.
  • Do not dispose of your product in garbage bins along with municipal waste that ultimately reaches landfills.

E-waste Collection Points

We have signed an agreement with M/s. GLOBAL WASTE SOLUTION, who are authorised dismantlers and recyclers having authorisation from the Haryana Pollution Control Board as our recycler, who shall be responsible for all the EPR activities including collection, transportation, storage, segregation, dismantling and recycling of our E-Waste. We will use our Recycler Partner’s collection points for the channelisation of the E-waste. We do not have collection points in all the states but the collection points of a neighbouring state will collect the E-waste from nearby states.The state-wise list of collection points is given below:
